Wraith received too much of a buff during his re-work, full stop. The add-ons only magnify the issue. Fix the over-tuning, and the add-on problem will likely solve itself.1 -

Folks DO realize that one reason pallets get "pre-dropped" now is as a reaction to Killers having adapted to pallet gameplay, right? Killers will go out of their way to not be pallet-stunne…2
