For starters they kill switched the matchmaking incentives so that's going to affect who plays what role quite substantially. Second, queue times will sadly always take priority over MMR.2 -

They need to put the incentives back on BBQ and WGLF, but make the latter far easier to achieve. Because yeah, this is getting really old.1
