If that were true, then they wouldn't have buffed Built to Last and Streetwise. True Streetwise no longer reduces the charge consumption rate, but now items retrieved from chests can have +80% m…1 -

I don't feel it honestly. I mean yeah, his footsteps have a different sound to them, but honestly it just puts them at the same level as Demogorgon, Whereas his default skin is more like Knights…-1
