True, but there might be some living relatives of the victims that the Zodiac killed since it was recent enough and I don't think the devs wanna take that risk to make them upset.4 -

Well in Syndicate he was stealthy and athletic. So they could go something like that in here. I wouldn't mind seeing another stealth killer if it was the Ripper.2 -
