It's only "rigged" in the sense that most perks suck. Given equal odds to get each perk, you should expect most of your perks to be garbage perks in most matches. Also there is no perk call…4 -

There's so much in the video that's incorrect as well. He assumes that one's rating is limited to 2100 and therefore the maximum possible MMR you can reach — but that's the soft cap, not the hard cap…3 -
