Well, while i agree that its very counterable, its also hard to measure it that way. Because if you have 4 good survivors with anti-tunnel/reset-perks, tunneling or even winning with half the killers…-1 -

Well, probably like the old 99%. But it doesnt matter, if one side can decide which map it is, it will always be a problem. They should just fix their map-repeat-prevention-system.3 -

Vittorio isnt even that old, he is roughly the same age as Wesker. Ash is older, Nick Cage depends and of course Bill.2 -
