The endgame is not really killer-sided. The game as a whole has just a bigger comeback chance for killer than for survivor. But the change is in theory higher before the endgame. Slugging midgame wit…-1 -

Maybe something like the infected gamemode from other games. Its random who is the first killer, so everyone plays both roles and their is no hard pressure if you are not that good with one role.1
