As far as i know, gens don't go faster when the killer closes the hatch, and yes you should still be able to open it with a key. This is what i heard and not experienced myself so it might not b…1 -

Anyone sharing their experiences from the PTB and the Hatch so far? For me everytime i closed the hatch, i felt regret, my games last 5-10 minutes longer looking for a survivor who's too scared …6 -
