Two points: SWF, and the fact that BHVR prioritizes queue times over balanced matches. In my opinion, if a killer goes against SWF, the MMR should prioritize the level of the highest survivor player.…1 -

Don't bother to do a ticket if you're on a console. It's a complete hassle. Just do a in-game report and move on1
