You could watch zubatlel play survivor with the perk and see the value. It certainly is not in a fine spot when compared to other exhaustion perks.5 -

How would that work? If you made it multiplicative then 2 sources of 10% haste would be 121% ms vs the 120% that is right now. Additive is what makes it weaker when stacking and multiplicative makes …3 -

Why would anyone run fearmonger to counter MFT when you can run a top 3 killer that counters the perk and doesn't require you to run a non meta perk?3
