I assume the shark charm was for the prime offer and as everyone hated a charm and some (myself included) didn't even redeem it, they swapped the charm and the plague outfit for some reason.2 -

I was a Billy main but after they added overheat you get punished for using your power and like the post above mentioned that Bubba has a arguably stronger insta down without an overheat.6 -
