What does the skin have to do with anything? You can be a rank 20 player with no perks and still buy that skin for Trapper.1 -

Keys. Thats it. I don't tend to change my playstyle for the game based on what I see in lobby, but then again I'm almost always doing something else and not paying attention to the screen.5
