I kindly disagree, since if you don't run urban crouching is super sluggish, flashlights aren't too great as of now anyway, its good for flashlights to have their niche against some killers…1 -

I think it should give the killers a double damage buff on their next melee swing as well for 15s unless theyre within 16m of a hooked survivor. So this could see some play at loops2 -
