Is dedicated enabled for some people? When im killer i cant see the survivors pings and I have 60-80 ping as killer, is th is a bug or is this a small % of people who have it?

Im blamed for swf when im solo is cute

Their goal was to make it less powerful in 4 man swf, its unuseable in solo play with the change, but...in swf? Huge buff! Can't slug them otherwise they can get up or run unbreakable, and in the end game vs 4 ds and BT...Good luck. I mean I main survivor so Ill take a ds buff anyday :)
