Because killers who don't want to tunnel survivors because they know how frustrating that can be, still get hit by the "anti-tunneling" perk in scenarios where there are no generators …2 -

Make Your Choice is pretty disgusting on Dredge. Especially when you know survivors are going to do a fast save and you can just drop a Remnant out of sight close to the hook and just Gloam away wait…1
