There's no reason to use Overcharge when Call of Brine is right there giving you 200% regression immediately. Sure you can still bring both but there are too many other fun killer Perks to bring…2 -

Call of Brine is just better. Regardless. It takes 12 seconds for Overcharge to even ramp up to the normal regression you'd get from a regular kick. That's just not worth it.1
