Killer Instict is not blockable by lockers and its always been like that. If they now make it block that then it would effect all other killers too who can use it to find out if survivors are hiding.1 -

Well he has downsides like slowdown when aiming the spike and slowdown again if you cancel the throw. He does also have the anti-camp that causes him to appear slower if he comes out of his power nea…-1 -
