You do realize that Lethal Pursuer's main point is to run it with other aura perks as it extends their duration? Same goes with your survivor example as that is the main point of Eyes of Belmont…1 -

Only other nerf I would put on him is that if he stays too long in his power he loses the information it provides. Just to make end games with one survivor left be more interesting than him just sitt…2 -

If you are screaming in the locker that is a bug but as stated he gets killer instinct so killer will know where you are anyway.1
