Packet loss happens even when internet stays up so totally true and possible. Internet connection does not mean you have solid connection to everywhere it does not work that way.-2 -

You never get penalties of server going down. So if you got penalty you lost connection to the server. Even if your internet is up is not any validation of you not losing connection to the server or …-5 -
