Agreed. The easiest way to help both sides here is to remove collision from the unhooked survivor. That would passively buff OTR because a killer can't immediately trigger BT and waste that perk…5 -

Just Knock Out on its own is enough to trigger it every time. That seems like an oversight. I don't think it will be incredibly overpowered but it definitely doesn't sound right to me.3 -
