If he is able to hit all of the survivors then your teammates don't know how to play against legion. If you see your teammates gathered on a gen then go as far from them as possible.1 -

Honestly this sounds like a skill issue. He is still countered by spreading out. Go read his changes and his new addons so you know how to counter him. He is B tier now at best instead of C.4 -

The problem is they gave the game away for free on epic games and people made thousands of accounts to cheat on so no matter how often you ban them, they will return eventually.3
