My favorite build on him when I'm just having fun practicing is Shadowborn, Pop, Infectious, and BBQ for the bp. This build does well versus most teams but very good teams can just rush gens out…2 -

Your math is a little off on the 3 hits. There is 4 vaccines so you have to give survivors 8 speed boosts to loops or be an M1. I agree he is B tier but to think his power is strong enough to warrant…1 -

Yeah i agree Nemesis is very easy to predict, pretty much the same as huntress they both make noises when they pull out their ability and move extremely slow1
