It's also a matter of programming GUI for that. For a big team it's not a deal, but we know, that BHVR are not the fastest to implement new features. And MMR is still new, introducing a GUI…1 -

It could be that MMR is getting data on players' skills at the moment, assuming low skill for each player right now and will improve with time for everyone.2
