Unfortunately, no. If you pull the ethernet cable out of the router, the computer has no way to know the difference between that and a legit internet outage, so it would be abusable.4 -

The game should start when the killer readies up, then. Give survivors maybe 15s, and then they auto-ready. It's ridiculous that we have to wait the full minute on almost every match.2 -
