I'm on steam. I have a pretty new account. I bought ash on black friday and just started leveling him up. Level 8 of my bloodweb gave me a third year party starter.1 -

Try playing on the game map with bond or empathy. I waited till they chased someone and followed them from the floor below or if they were below I followed them from above.1
