Solo survivor can be really stressful but you kind of take breaks since the killer switches target... but overall killer is more stressful as they’re constantly tied into the match.1 -

The bump add-ons aren’t terrible... sometimes intentionally hitting something throws off a survivor at the right moment... if you stack them.1 -
