Personally I don't have a problem with it, the only things that affect my ability to hit is the low FPS and auto lock on, on the rare occasion I get 60 FPS it's really easy and if you get 3…4 -

Console optimisation first for sure, it's unplayable on some darker maps, especially with someone like doctor.1
