  I found a jake in my game who was instantly healing. At one point he unhooked himself and teleported across the map. I reported him in game, but where can I take this to a moderator or staff member? …

  When he was being chased. Got hit. Healed in literally .1s. Hit again. Healed again. Rinse and repeat for the entirety of the game. You can't heal like that in chase buddy.
