I would take a survivor that loops any time before one that camps pallets or, eve worse, hides. Its way more fun and interactive to loop rather than to chase someone to a pallet only for them to wait…2 -

Re: BHVR why are so you so obessed with cooldowns?!
I think some of them might be so that it's easier to make different tiers of said perk. But yeah that doesn't take from the fact that a lot of them are incredibly unnecessary.1
