Yeah but Legion doesn't have ridiculous map mobility with almost 0 cooldown between its use and the ability to attack11 -

The worst offender is Dracula, IMO after any M2 attack he shouldn't be able to shape shift for a short period of time, same after any successful attack, M2 or basic.5 -
