@Biohazard Running at the killer to distract them and waste time isn't toxic, YOU just think it is. As others have said, what they're doing is a tactic - same as slugging/camping etc.3 -

OoO is a perk that puts the survivor at risk but gives them surveillance of the killer, how is that toxic? Seems like you might be using your own killer rule book too? *shrugs*12 -
