I was Huntress and absolutely decimated them on Lerys - I felt really bad. Played a few more rounds of 4ks and then got Haddon field as Wraith, didn't camp and could barely find anyone and got 0k (lovely teabagging at the gate as a gift). Didn't enjoy it when winning or losing as I prefer team play and haven't played as…

When I first started this game I used stealth most of the time. The beginning wasn't fun for me as it often started with me being found early on and unable to lose the killer - this was 90% of my games and was very frustrating. I made myself learn how to loop and the game became a much more enjoyable experience. If a…

It depends on the killer and situation. There are certain killers you want to avoid being anywhere near the basement. Then depending if the killer is very close then it's gonna be difficult to get out. If you can heal in time before they get come down it's a good tactic (especially if they're waiting at the top of the…

No matter how much you hate it, it is not a bannable offence. It's like saying that survivors shouldn't be allowed to unhook or take hits for each other. Yes it can be really scummy tactics (people who face camp/tunnel from the start) but they are just doing their objective.
-
Yeah I noticed that. On end screen click the pause or options button and then cycle along to match details - it shows you each player and which character they are. You can click on their name to get to their profile. Killer profile isn't there though.
-
The absolute worst for me are the DCers and people who work with the killer. These people just absolutely ruin (pun intended) the match for everyone involved and are basically cheating. All the other stuff is annoying but these people are just the Kings of Douchebaggery 😣
-
I must admit I have paid for some cosmetics, probably a bit more than I should have but not too much. I usually get shards to buy new survivors and get cosmetics with the rest. I think I've paid for 3 full cosmetic outfits (Steve's Scoops Ahoy, Nancy's winter outfit and Kate's bike outfit). Then I buy stuff with shards and…

Maybe only 1 person can escape through it at a time so people can't hop in there all at once? And they can only get out using the air duct, can't get into basement using it. Or even a 1 time use thing and then it gets stuck forever lol
-
I just like to play survivor, I prefer to play as a team rather than on my own. I played killer for about 5 matches. First 4 I got all 4ks and felt really bad as they were all noobs (I was a noob myself but had watched let's plays so at least knew the basic mechanics). Then decided to play as Wraith on Haddonfield, didn't…

I'm sure you'll get there in the end :)
-
Maybe it could depend on the level? So after level 10 the stain isn't there as most players should be capable of countering it at that point?
-
I've never seen any of these, what would you recommend?
-
Yes but the killer held the game hostage for that 1 person, so it's still bannable. It's not physically possible for the killer to hold the game hostage for ALL the survivors, they would all have to be trapped on the basement stairs or something... Or hacking to be involved. In my opinion, what the OP said it's absolutely…
-
It would be good as sometimes it does glitch and kills you. I'd add a button so you could stop struggling if you wanted.
-
@dilldophaggins Jack the Ripper would be fine but nothing recent. We don't even know Jack the Rippers identity so they could do anything with him. 😊
-
Emm... That's a no from me. It would be incredibly disrespectful to the victims and it's just too real. Slasher and horror movies are different to documentaries or movies about real killers. Ethically it's wrong, and Behavior would get in SERIOUS trouble if they even suggested it.
-
They may have been salty and wanted you to save them though. Not everyone will kill themselves on hook. I had a survivor who I had carried the entire round and saved multiple times. I got hooked for the first time and they refused to even try to save me and tea bagged the hatch. I admit, I button matched like crazy because…
-
Exactly, it can also help the person who wants hatch as we're more likely to kill ourselves on hook and the killer is far less likely to catch them too!
-
It really depends because those survivors may not be doing it for that purpose. If they are, then they are douche bags, but they could be relatively new players or very sneakily doing gens without you noticing (I've done this but my noob team mate hid in a locker the whole time 🙄 So that person would probably be in your…
-
Oooh and then we can tie it in with an Until Dawn wendigo killer and Sam as survivor? 😁
-
Yeah that would be a good idea, or make broken keys silver and other keys gold? 🤷♀️
-
I wasn't saying or implying you weren't, just sharing my disgust at those sort of people lol
-
What kind of sad group of people would do that? 😓 I'm a survivor main and have never purposefully DC'd from a match - even once when the killer had over 2000 ping... As other people have said, I'd prefer a vote to end the match rather than the killer getting to choose on their own. It would be handy though - I once had an…
-
I love Steve's Scoops Ahoy outfit with sunglasses instead of hat (that white hat gives you away so easily). I just love it, I bought it immediately lol. I also like Katie's biker outfit and Nancy's outfit with the red jacket.
-
Sorry but I'm confused.. Are you talking about solo hook farmers?
-
Hmm, I've never purposefully DCd (only a couple of genuine lost connections) but the most DCs I've seen tend to be when: The killer downs someone really early in the match. Before a survivor gets hooked Getting Noed at end of match I think Ghostface, Wraith and Legion have the most survivor DCs from what I've seen.
-
🤢 Eww I hate people like this. As a survivor I will never understand why people act like this, they're basically rude little children who think they're tough. I'm so glad we don't have chat on console. People have to go to your profile, make a group and then slowly type a message which means people usually don't bother.
-
I've played this game solo for about 95% of the time and had to learn how to play differently. I used to be the first survivor found, who'd get tunnelled to death while my team mates were useless. I found it really hard to rank up and was terrible at looping. My advice would be to practice looping if you haven't already,…
-
Solo survivor. I always play as a team because I know if we don't work together it's gonna be bad for all the survivors. Even if other survivors have been jerks I've helped/saved them and usually they've returned the favour. If you get hooked with no perks to help you get off, you're screwed without your team. There's so…
-
Yeah, personally it's Ghostface and The Wraith for me. I find most of those players camp and tunnel so can get annoying, especially when you get multiple in a row.
-
As other people have said, you need to wake yourself up before unhooking someone with Freddie. You were basically hook farming survivors so I'm not surprised they weren't pleased. And remember if he hits you, you fall asleep again. So if he hits you before unhooking, BT won't work.
-
Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling again. I couldn't even open the game as I got an error message immediately, so reinstalled and it worked. FYI this should be in the Technical Issues section
-
That would be cool, like they have in Friday the 13th and you can pick a set of them. Would it just be a mori kill though? 🤔
-
Medkit as I find it the most useful. I don't use self heal perks and sometimes your team won't heal you or you can't find anyone so it's incredibly useful. Nearly always bring a medkit.
-
It's supposed to be a fun, hypothetical poll but whatever floats your boat...
-
Oooh a Scarecrow who can hide or take the place of other normal scarecrows on poles😯 *whispers* you'll never know if it's really him
-
I'd love an animal companion, that would be really cool but also hats and map cosmetics.
-
Jeff's smexy beard... That is all
-
Kind of breaking the rules here as I mainly play survivor but I always seem to have trouble with Megs who drop pallets on my face, leave me for dead etc. And after I sacrifice myself so they can escape they teabag at the gate like a douche and then get killed anyway... Why Meg why? 😢
-
This would be immensely helpful for new players as this game throws you in the deep end quick. I know I was terrible when I first started and only after months of practice and watching people play on YouTube did I become slightly decent lol.
-
It's between Medic, Sneaky Snek and All-Rounder for me but I've gone with The Medic. The unlockable perks would mainly be health perks but I'd want: We'll Make it Solidarity Inner Strength And then probably a random perk of BT. My Medkits would be superior to other roles or characters which I can keep or give to other…

Unfortunately I've not seen Nightgown Myers in action 😭 but I never even considered calling it something else. Maybe I'll start calling him Pantsless Myers too 😁
-
I misread that for a second and thought you said 3-4 year long breaks! lol I'm pretty similar, still haven't completed the rift myself and trying to get out of my current 3 month hiatus.
-
I'm very similar but I'm on a bit of a hiatus at the minute and trying to get back into it again. I only tend to play this game late evening and nights but with work lately it's not been possible. I'm also one of those people who won't bother playing if I only have an hour spare, I like to have at least a few hours in a…
-
That sounds like the life! 😁 You most definitely live in the fog.
-
I do that quite often too. I'm really bad for playing almost everyday and then just stoping for like 3 months. I'm regularly on forums too, it's fun and good to be up to date when I start playing again.
-
Same, I don't really care as long as I pip. Safety pip is an okay match but pip is a win. If I went into every game expecting to escape I'd take it far more seriously like I used to, but I learned to just have fun and enjoy it far more now.
-
I'm one of those people who doesn't really mind if I die (to a certain extent), I'll happily die for another survivor as long as they weren't toxic af. So I'll at least try to look for Noed, especially if I have Small Game. But if I can tell it's going to be difficult and we'll all end up dying anyway, I won't bother.
-
I only 99 the gate if someone is hooked or about to get hooked. I do think it's better just to open the gate though as often people will distract the killer not knowing a gate is 99 and end up dying for no reason.
-
I think they mean there's more time to cleanse NOED as the EGT won't have started yet, rather than an actual counter.
