Seems like there is a lack of killers right now (judging by the instant killer queues). Wouldn't you want to give players an incentive to play killer instead of another nerf?1 -

Playing fair and making sure not to tunnel, then playing musical hooks during end game, eventually eating a ds and having to watch everyone teabag as they waltz thru the gate.2 -
