Medkits are less useful when a killer with a very fast injure is popular, as he is right now. So people could move to Flashlights or Toolboxes. And toolboxes win more matches.3 -

None of these are a reason to delete it, though. You're describing a net neutral (or, more accurately, a net postive but only slightly so) part of the game, not a net negative one.4
