  There's literally no reason to run this perk over WMI for team healing. Or BotanyK for a flat permanent increase.

  Urban evasion (always equipped, I feel naked without it), tenacity and we'll make it. Tenacity is a really good situational perk, which more people should try out. Has saved my life many times.
