His pounce isn't really that hard to land though. Jumping over pallets and through windows is kind of a pain, but otherwise it's not--unless it's different on a controller?1 -

Corners are annoying, strafing is pretty easy to counter you just watch their pattern and anticipate their direction, just like you do when playing Huntress or when playing an FPS.2
