1) I don't actually know, I started in 2016 though, so.... A pretty early chapter. 2) I started with Nea, had a while where I was really into Dwight, now I'm a certified Kate main. 3) The first killer I mained was actually Legion. I didn't play killer at all until they were released, now I play a lot of Trickster.

Yeah--if the chase goes on long enough you're going to finish healing yourself and get a health state back. I do the same thing with exhaustion perks, I stop and take breaks from running as much as I can during chases to get my lithe back.

Echoing that they're probably players who took a break. This actually happens to me & my friend all the time. We're usually about ranks 2 & 4, but we take long breaks from the game (our interest kind of waxes/wanes) and get booted back to like rank 17-ish all the time.

I don't really like BBQ that much, so yeah probably not. I just like the BP bonus.

He still moves slower when he's got his knives out--and again, like the first response mentioned, it takes -8- knives to do one health state. He's not as slow as Huntress during wind-up because her hatchets only take 1 hit per health state, have higher accuracy, and have a longer usable distance.

I just played him and I could kind of feel an improvement--but he's still pretty tough to play. Unfortunately now that he has been buffed a little, I can see how he could easily be a problem if he's buffed too much. I don't envy the devs for having to find a middle ground.

I'm pretty whatever about most killers, but the ones I hate playing against are: Billy, Bubba, The Hag, and Wraith. I hate Wraith because 90% of them just cloak and stand next to the hook.

No? Because not cleansing is only a tip that works in higher ranks when you're playing with people who are good at running the killer and don't need two health states. Not cleansing also isn't an intended game mechanic, it's just a possible strategy (that again, only works for some people).

I've seen a lot of camping/tunneling in the past couple of days. Tunneling, especially, has been pretty off the rails. But, I also think that's partially because I haven't played for about 6 months so I went from rank 2 to rank 17 and low rank killers are pretty campy/tunnely.

Dbd has been around for 5 years. Most of the hardcore playerbase plays at a very high level now. if it wasn't balanced around the main playerbase, it would lose that playerbase. & it's the hardcore playerbase that has kept the game alive for this long.
