Anything that causes Blindness (Fearmonger, Third Seal etc.) Solo queue is hard enough without having the one mandatory solo queue perk disabled.2 -

They also said old OoO was totally fine, a month before they completely reworked the perk because of the community feedback. I will not stop asking for basekit Kindred until it happens.1 -
