No, they already said in Reddit Q&A from May 14 that the certification process would be slower because it's a big update and consoles would very likely get it later.2 -

I‘d prefer we‘d just stop nerfing perks just because a perk is better than others and picked more often, unless there’s an actual problem. As survivor I have as little problems with killers running B…1
