You can play Kill Your Friends with just your friends and avoid the toxic people altogether, or close game chat. Unfortunately there isn't much else you can do.2 -

The whole point of the crows is to alert the killer. They JUST buffed the perk that actually makes the crows useful, so better nerf the crows so the perk becomes useless again, quick!1
