I would keep Nurse,DS and Hag as they are Plague and Twins could be reworked to be more fun & healthy for the game rather than just deleting them oh, nurse could be buffed a bit though1 -

He’s super common in higher ranks and for many not that fun to play against. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why they’re leaving21
