You still keep all your unlocked perks on all your characters - if you had tier 3 Sadako perks on Freddy you'll still have them on him, even if you don't have Sadako at P3. That being said, it might be a big issue when a new killer releases and you want some perks on them.

Imo adding ricochet does nothing & buffing his speed/power just reduces counterplay. I don’t think he needs a total rework though, he could just use some buffs to his Main Event, as it’s meant to make him unique but 7/10 times you can’t get use out of it.

The idea sounds well-intentioned, but an “anonymous” mode for end-game chat just sounds like something people could use to be massively toxic and not be tracked for it. also may as well add an option to disable the chat beforehand since they’ve already put a filter on it :v

Oh my god mine started doing this a while ago too and it sucks. I download a 1GB update and have to verify 8 gigs of files. Please let them fix this soon.

Why should we endorse an unfair feature that takes away a big part of a character’s counterplay, that needs a specific setup to accomplish meaning it isn’t available to most players? I’m a killer main but defending j-flick as a balanced feature is a new level of bias - Blight is already good enough

You have to actually kick the gen to trigger them, and it only affects the gen kicked, so oppression, surge, ruin, etc don’t work with them

surely if you have 9 stacks of dying light that means you’ve killed 3 survivors, and therefore can’t have max thanatophobia?

Well they’re very different roles, while ultimately they both need to know looping & pressure, working with a team to escape is a lot different than working alone to kill. I personally play killer more because of the variety you get, whereas all survivors feel the same.

Interesting theme, fun & good killer, balanced map, fun & balanced perks for both sides are all criteria a chapter doesn’t need to meet all these requirements however. Stranger Things introduced a map many don’t like and a killer with weak perks & add-ons but I still consider it successful for the 2 survivors & their perks…

I’m fine with both being removed, but I worry how that would affect newer killers who struggle in loops & chase.

I go for both hooks and kills; getting 9 hooks is great but if every survivor lives then that ruins it a bit. and in contrast, getting a 4K with 4 hooks is boring & emblems will really screw you over

I assumed I had a DDOSer in my game because after I picked a certain guy up the entire server went to ######### and stayed that way for the rest of the match. If this is a bug with a game that’s completely unacceptable. I left because it was genuinely unplayable. I could barely move at all.

If anything, DS and OoO being nerfed probably means it’ll be a while before DH is even looked at, especially when they’re already focusing on other survivor perks (fixated,pebble, etc etc)

It’s free tier II bloodlust, it can really be useful with your lunge to surprise survivors from around corners. granted, the purple bottle is a lot more effective for playing catch-up, but yellow bottles also give basic map pressure. They can even be used with purple bottles to leave the survivor with no chance of running.

I'm gonna say the twins! Their kit is so mediocre that they're forced to rely on widely-hated strategies such as tunneling and camping players on hooks that I have not enjoyed a single match against them. All it takes is a single game against them to understand just how disgusting this game can be when the killer decides…

Imma be real and say breakable walls were a nerf for killers I agree the new survivor movement & lack of 360s is terrible, but unfair hits are because something happened to the servers; they look like fair hits on the killer’s side. (I also agree the new maps lack pallets, except The Game which has waaay too many)

definitely survivor sided towards higher ranks, but SWF can dominate in all ranks. rank 3-5 killer, 6-8 survivor (would probably be higher if I could be bothered to sit through the queue time) 400+ hours Got all my killers and most survivors to level 50, but there’s always a perk missing that I want. I play more killer but…

coup de grace gets 5 uses in the entire match and cannot be controlled, that is an incredibly unfair argument. I understand dead hard can be buggy, but the distance you get with it alone makes it insane. There’s a reason its in almost every red rank game.

I didn’t really think of that but you’re right. When I first started I got really frustrated whenever a survivor was I hooked because it felt like losing progress. Still though, it’s a bit pointless for us who do understand killer, maybe it should be toggle-able?

I love playing Bubba but I gotta admit he is pretty ridiculous during chases. You force pallets and if they don’t drop them, they’re downed. hell, the distance you can get with his chainsaw is so long you can outrun sprint burst & the speed boost from hitting a survivor with endurance. honestly, the only advice I can offer…

Something bugged with this update and now certain killer hits look extremely unfair from the survivor’s POV. It affects all killers but Freddy has always been one with questionable looking hits, and this probably hasn’t helped it.

I think someone mentioned it always appearing on cooldown on the PtB? it was dismissed as a visual bug and nothing else though, but if it’s affecting archive challenges then it’ll probably be fixed pronto.

The devs have shown in the past that it takes an uproar or a very long time for an unpopular change in the past to be dealt with. People wouldn’t be so rude or toxic if the devs just communicated to begin with.

I can live with the new HUD even if I really don’t like it, but god do the new survivor animations feel terrible to use, as well as how clunky they look visually.

The only useful new information is the hook counter & survivor portraits. Just revert the UI and add a hook counter & portraits to that one instead of ruining the entire thing

If you don’t have the beta option that means the PTB is closed - the current one closed a few weeks ago (It was for clown changes, new HUD & survivor animations)
