I like the idea, current egc is boring and relies on rng for both sides. Although I think this idea would work best as an in game mechanic rather than a perk slot.2 -

Name one nurse that can abuse the nurse fatigue cancel, not only is it incredibly difficult to pull off and unreliable, the reward for doing it is miniscule.2 -
Mmr just isn't a solution
