No, not in the game's current state. Fix it first.
The other day i was stuck in the being healed animation and was forced to DC together with the Killer even after the EGC timer ran out. Totally deserved the penalty, right?
And then there are killers letting you bleed out just to waste your time because they know penalties are active.
In the game's current state, as dumb as it sounds, these dc punishments will kill the game.

Just like what was said in your previous thread, no. The punishment system was merely a test and was never meant to stick in its current state. The test succeeded in two things: the fact they're working on it and the fact they have a (very) rough system in place for the future. For that, I give them credit. But it failed at being reliable and also punished the innocent more than ragequitters. Ragequitters ended up suiciding.
Be patient. They're working on an actual system which is already way better than the past 3 years.

I'd say they should wait to improve it for awhile or just release it on all platforms when dedicated servers launch on console

And? I see two quitters in that screenshot out of however many more people could be banned for bugs and crashes.
If they were truly ragequitters, I'm not arguing that they shouldn't be banned. They should. But we need a better system in place before we do so.

Saying that the majority DC for bug related issues is stupid. I'm not saying that people don't DC for bugs and issues like that, but we ALL know the majority is just to rage quit. Nothing more.

Stall the progression of a DC penalty system for as long as possible so I can continue to DC.

They need to take out the bug that times people out for crashing while loading. Do that and I’m happy to see it come back for good.

I didn't say the majority DC from bugs or crashes. I'm saying it's not exactly uncommon for them to do so and it's unfair for those it does happen to.

The dc penalties shouldy start at five minutes to be punishing imo. 90% of the dcs i see are ragequits so...

The basement bug and the getting stuck inside gens need to be fixed at the very least. I haven't encountered these in a while but others still do

You can sometimes get stuck inside gens after kicking them as killer with the latest patch. This is still not fixed with any of the hotfixes as far as I know.

I haven't heard anyone getting stuck in gens anymore since the hotfix, and I will admit I've heard the basement bug is a minor happening still since it.

I'd upload the screenshots without editing but I nearly got banned for a week cause of it, so blurring is needed.

Its not working as intended as people were getting time outs for bugs out od their control along with such little things as the common server connection error bug when leaving a match.
The system needs to be able to tell when an error has happened in the code first and when it does then inform the player when it's ok to leave the match.
Punishing players for something which was the fault of the game isn't right and I am sure you can see why. Until the system can tell the difference it really can't be made live.
Dcing is a major issue there is no doubt and this system has shown to be the one needed so hopefully the test results and feedback received have given the devs what they need to work on it and get it out asap.

Guy who DCed was a streamer, who after DCing, went on a huge rant about DC penalties and being so glad they aren't here anymore.
The point in uploading all these screenshots is to prove in number how many people DC because of salt, nothing more.

I made a thread with my argument for why DC penalties should stay.
This thread is me proving that red rank is a gold mine for people who abuse the DC feature. Any game I play and have a survivor DC, I will be posting the screenshot here.

All ranks DC, if you’re in games right red ranks that’s what you’ll see. If some comes from the green ranks and posts I’m sure those games have DCs too

Imagine making a thread where the screenshots you post are of you using the most unbalanced and OP addons for killers (and I'm saying this as a killer main who uses them from time to time) in almost every screenshot, with the sole purpose of making people disconnect, and you're surprised they disconnected? There's no context with these screenshots and they are completely meaningless. Post videos, chief. Show us how you're playing.
Also - innocent people experiencing penalties are a priority. They are more important.
This thread is more or less you talking to yourself, and patting yourself on the back.

Observe, the survivor main mentality. Telling me what addons I can't use, and accusing me of doing it for the sole purpose of people disconnecting.
That is the hidden mentality behind everyone that says "we should be allowed to DC". They don't think about anyone else but themselves. Just because YOU are not having fun does not give you the right to ######### over anyone else who is, whether it is the killer, or teammates of yours. If you really dislike the game, the killer, the person behind the screen of the killer, just die on hook. Buy some time for your teammates by allowing me to drag you to the hook rather than DCing as soon as I hit you, for the good of everyone.
Also, here you go. If you call those addons "OP", you may be suffering from survivor main mentality.
But don't worry, all these people DCing just happened to have the same bug as the last guy! And the next guy too! No one DCs for any other reason than bugs as you can see! /s

Observe - the toxic condescending attitude of someone would put innocent people at risk to suit their own sensibilities.
I didn't say what items you could and couldn't use, and I'm not a survivor main. Again, show us video. Those screenshots could be from anywhere. We didn't see them disconnect. We didn't hear the disconnect sound. Show us, on video. Otherwise, your pictures mean less than nothing. :D

Inferences is what I mean. Anyone with half a brain can see that you are infering that it is in and of itself shameful to use what you call "OP" addons.
The whole point of me making lots and lots and lots and lots of screenshots is to prove the scale of disconnects. These are not all from bugs in the slightest.
The amount of time it takes to upload a video for each disconnect which nearly happens 1 out of every 3 games, would be quite dumb. I would show a screenshot of the end-game screen where it shows my name along with everyone elses, but I'm afraid I'm not allowed to show ANY name, even if it is my own. If someone would like to get a staff member to give me the okay to show my own name, and I'd be more than glad to go through and get the end-game stat screenshot for all the screenshots I've taken so far.

Imagine being so green to the game, or so lucky, that you experience these known, dev acknowledged, fairly frequent issues "once in a blue moon". We could all be so lucky. Knock it off, you're wrong, you will never be right, and you're literally just baiting for attention with your poor attempt at a troll thread. The devs confirmed people were experiencing these things. That alone kills your entire trolly argument.
Literally not worth the conversation, cause you keep denying the request for video with poor excuses. Welcome to 2019, where internet is fast and video cards have capture tech built into them.

The DC Ban system is only in a testing phase, I would like to emphasis that.
