It's from part 3 but the phrase "The saw is family" is from part 2. New Line/Warner Bros still own part 3 and part 2 is still owned by MGM but perhaps the phrase is vague enough that it can be used if the current licensor will allow it?

    We checked during the development of the DLC and that sentence could not be used. Copyright matter.

    they unfortunately cannot add cosmetics to licensed characters as of now, Would be cool to see a cosmetic like this in the future though.
