Is it worth to start learning the nurse?
Just wondering.

She’s still the best killer so yes if you can deal with hundreds of hrs of frustration and losing because she’s hard to learn but she ignores looping honestly if I played on pc I’d main her but I’m on ps4 do until they increase the sensitivity or enable m/k I’ll just play her not main her

probably not, nurse i had today got 0 hooks, this being a rank 2 so they have knowledge of the game.. maybe my team was really good but there was no items or anything and she only managed to inure a few people. i had to let her kill me at endgame, i felt so bad for them that game, they never stopped trying and i respect that. find myself letting killers kill me often for this reason, against a decent team there is very little chance you will win/do well

Yes it is. Honestly you should learn every killer if possible.

She ignores traditional looping. She can still be looped around objects that block your blinks and by certain formations that make blinking through them either impossible or too risky to actually work out in your favor. Not to mention the basement bug is back where it sucks you down into and no matter how you were aiming and won't let you tele out. Which is a shame because when it was working it felt like such a power move to hook someone down there and tele out right onto someone else.
At OP, I'd say only if you find her gameplay engaging and fun. If you're trying to learn her because you want to play the strongest killer, it just isn't worth it anymore. She is so beyond frustrating to play because of bugs and the new stupid cooldown that you're better off learning one of the other strong killers that won't take you 500+ hours to master and still do damn good with.

I played o PS4 and I feel like you'd be handicapping yourself with a controller vs PC. If you're on PC, why not?

I'd be optimistic and say yes. You should give it a try, if you come to the conclusion it's not worth it anymore you could stop. But I'd definitely try it.

I'd say yes, but only if you're dead inside. As said, she's still technically the best, but the amount of blood, sweat, and tears you can shed trying to learn her, even at green ranks, will be pretty epic.
Go into your matches without addons or offerings. Treat the survivors as AI. Put no serious thought into them. Just work on those blinks. You'll most likely get a ton of salt in the form of 'baby killer, ggez,' and 'thanks for wasting my offering.' Ignore it, power through. Just don't expect to have any fun with her, however. Even if you do becoming manageable with her, she's more stressful than fun.

She also ignores god loops

But play in a maze of walls and suddenly you don't even need loops or pallets. It's a literal guessing game at that point.

Yes but I’d argue she’s still the best and if you can master her you won’t have to deal with toxic survivors as much

If you hate having fun for extended periods of time, sure. But you're looking at 20-40 hours of practice for green rank competency, more to do purple ranks, and hundreds of hours for red against the best survivors. The cooldown and reappearance changes only helped people who already knew how to juke her, so it's quite jarring when you go from survivors that run aimlessly through purple ranks to survivors at red that will exactly measure your blink distance and always be just beyond it. My opinion, not worth it. I wish I had that time back or had put it into Billy instead.

Except for those toxic Steve's who somehow know the single best path for blocking your LOS no matter where you are :(

you will he bullied at first but when you start to get good with her you will get fear and respect because many console players automatically assume “ oh killer is nurse gg ez” and they get very cocky and cry when you beat them

Billy is getting an "addon pass" too so that will probably have been wasted time as well.

Yes.

have you ever played nurse, and what’s your favorite feature about her?

Billy's Addons are eventually going to be standardised yes.

Hopefully half of his won't be useless and his ultra rare not a hindrance to playing him.
Let's also hope he doesn't get "slight changes" to his basekit like another elephant in the room did.

Yes, learn to play other killers if possible. Good for a change. :D

She is statistically the worst overall(Overall Kill rate is 43%) killer in the game from the most recent statistics(Novembers).
Even in red ranks(The gold standard) she is the 3rd worst killer in the entire game so she isn't even that strong when played by the best players.

If you want to. She is a lot less fun to play than she was. Is she still powerful? Yes. Is she still fun? Absolutely not. Having to arbitrarily wait while you walk around at 96% movement speed feels gross and slow.

If you are willing to lose every single match until you get decent with her (which will take a while) then i would say go for it. Her play style is different from other killers and can be a great way to mix things up.
