Twitch Cosmetics & Fog Whisperer
Will these ever come to console ? It kind of disappoints me us console players aren’t able to have these. Will the devs hopefully allows us to have these one day ?

You have to be twitch partner for the Twitch cosmetic. And what about fog whisperer? You mean the charm? Only fog whisperers have it.

Do you really have to be Partner to obtain them? I figured you just had to stream a lot of DbD to get them. And is console able to be FWs too, because all of them are PC from my understanding

Yes. You have to be twitch partner for the twitch T-shirt and it's only for Dwight or Meg. Only 1 survivor can have the t- shirt.

as far as I know, they don't give the twitch shirt anymore.

Fog Whispers are on console as well, they are Content Creators in general regardless of what platform they record/stream from.
To get a Twitch shirt, there are requirements and each one is handled on an individual basis - it's not just streaming DBD a lot, there's more to it than that and each request is looked at individually.

@MandyTalk Hello, thanks for the answer, I thought that now, the twitch shirts were only for the fog whisperers, am I right ? Because on the ticket of the dead by daylight site it is told that we can't do anymore the ask for the twitch cosmetics using the support, how can we request the twitch cosmetics ? I don't find where to go to do this request

As far as I am aware there is an application process for Fog Whisperers, and I don't think they are taking any at the moment (that doesn't mean they won't open aplications later).
Twitch Shirts are gifted to streamers, who are found by the developers, and find that their community is positive, and aids the overall community of Dead by Daylight.

It's hard for the french people to attract the attention of someone from the dbd team on twitch :(
I have average 150 viewers since almoste 6 mounths and i stream since almoste 2 years and i had never the opportunity and the pleasure to see a dev on one of my stream :'(
