Por qué hay un cráneo arriba de la clasificación?

En una partida el asesino nos destrozó, no reparamos ni un generador y al final la partida pude ver que este jugador tenía en su clasificación 1 un cráneo. Se refiere que tiene el nivel máximo o qué?

Ese cráneo, simboliza al Asesino que llegó al "top tier" (la cima/nivel superior) de su rango. El cual, es el rango 1 (como ya mencionaste).
Dicho cráneo se mantendría estable/visible, siempre que el asesino/usuario, esté manteniendo su posición en ese rango.
