I ve seen Hillbilly making chainsaw sound but doesnt actually charging his chainsaw? I want to hear reply from dbd officila members.

To be clear, The Hillbilly is using his chainsaw but not showing the animation of him doing so? Or is it just a constant chainsaw sound coming out of him?

He could chase survivor with base speed while emitting chainsaw sound. Is it bannable?

No that's not reportable. That just sounds like an audio bug. I would send a ticket to support if you want to raise awareness of this bug.

How exactly is this abusable? The audio bug isn't really hurting anyone. The survivors will see the Hillbilly is bugged and will adapt to the situation. The sounds doesn't cover up the heartbeat, the sound doesn't cause insta downs or in escapable situations. It's just annoying and the Hillbilly can't really do much about it.

No It's a harmless sound bug. That's why I recommend sending a ticket to support so they can patch it out.

I don't see why that would be ban worthy... I mean he can rev the chainsaw while in chase without getting the sprint, so why would a sound bug that the killer has no control over require a ban?

Nope not bannable, not abusing anything either.
As far as I'm aware, he can't actually even use his chainsaw - as you can see from the video, there was a random stun from nowhere before the rev sound went away so it looked like some sort of crazy desync issue to me. It was only after that he could pull his chainsaw out, and it's pretty clearly a bug not an exploit.

really just sounds like an audio bug to me...
bugs are not reportable, unless they are widely knows and the devs have specifically said abusing said bug would lead to a ban.
