Avoid Players System?

Do you think this can be implemented in the game? Just to avoid playing with survivors who do nothing that pertains to teamplay/co-op or killers that purposely face camp/tunnel? What are y'all thoughts?they say an avoid player system would increase queue times for everyone, think about all the players who would just "avoid" any killer who killed them, "avoid" team mates who got downed quickly, or killers who "avoid" any one who brought a flashlight or DS things like that
in short its probably safe to assume a lot of people would use it in a bad way

Then you'll never get a game. Game already has small player base and you're suggesting a avoid player system? Good luck finding matches bud.1

I don't think so. Realistically speaking, even huge games (take Overwatch, for example) don't do it because it messes with the matchmaking too much. (Overwatch in particular actually had this feature on launch, and then removed it for this reason.) You end up with a bunch of people who arbitrarily say "I don't want to play against this guy because X, Y, and Z", and some the matchmaking struggles to put matches together without any of the people they're avoiding.
While we've got a pretty big community here, it's just not big enough to support that. I don't really think there's a single game out there that is.
I feel you, though. If you get stuck with teammates who don't do anything, I'd suggest grabbing a friend or two (or if none are available, checking the Looking For Players subforum). Even if you grab a complete stranger and team up, they're going to be much more of a team player than someone you've never met before and has no attachment to you.

Honestly if I see somebody I know who is a straight up D bag I'll just flat out leave the lobby. There's no point teaming with a trash person looking to screw you over out of boredom. A little heads up though often these types of people you can check their profile they'll openly admit they are toxic and or treat people like garbage and don't care. I've come across 3 of those types of people since in the past week and all 3 admitted to their behaviour on their steam profile.

Btw the avoid player feature is actually still in overwatch as we speak lol, it works like a charm to be honest. But like you said the player numbers on here are way less than overwatch so it would most likely effect the matchmaking.
I haven't played it in quite a while, but waaaaay back they removed the functionality of the button (although they kept the button, for some reason). Something something widowmaker player something something people don't want to play with someone playing widowmaker.
I don't think they added it back in since, but I could be wrong. Again, I haven't played in a long time.

Ummm no because then everyone would be dodged ALL the time. You want queue times to be over an hour? Yeah thought not.

Because in Overwatch Avoid Player is to avoid teaming with bad players. In DBD it would be used to avoid Nurses and killers actually doing their job.
